This is a GREAT book, I honestly have to say it might be because I am a guy and I remember being a young tyke and being fascinated with volcanoes. The author says it is for ages 8-12 but the pictures alone expands the ages in both directions. It is safe, not anything to scary, but it also explains exactly what a volcano is, how the act and what they do.
I am not a scientist of any kind but if you have a kid that is interested in nature then this is the book you want to get. The best thing about the deal? It is FREE if you get it today.
