Yes, this is a cute book, but that is not what makes it so great. The story is very simplistic and uses easy words, this makes the book perfect for beginning readers. The story is also "cute" enough that younger children will still like to have it read to them. The illustrations are some of the best I have seen in a book for this age group...... grab a copy while it is free.
