I was not to excited about this book at first, that is until the magic kicked in. This is simply a picture book of 50+ super cute dogs. I wondered why any one would do this until I saw a young child going through the book and making up a story for the pictures. A great tale about a kid who saves up his money to buy a slingshot and the events that occur afterwards. It is beautifully illustrated and the perfect book for a child who loves to read.... okay, this is the kind of book that a kid will read over and over even if they do not like to read normally.
